Have you ever taken a “trust walk” so popular in team-building workshops and leadership seminars? One person is blindfolded, simulating loss of sight. The “blind” person is dependent upon a companion who acts as guide in order to reach his or her destination. At times, the “blind” person holds onto the guide for direction.
